The air conditioning unit is housed in the lounge with the cool air circulating well around the apartment.
Children are welcome at the apartment, however, because of the terraces, we would only recommend children over 10.
Children, of any age, should be supervised at all times.

The very large interior living area (85sqm) is complemented by the 3 spacious terraces (35sqm). The decor of the apartment is minimalist with soft cream tones and natural oak flooring and there is excellent double glazing and window blinds throughout. The living area is fully furnished with 2 easy chairs and 2 futon chairs, and has TV with CD/DVD player. The terrace has a table that seats 4 people, ideal for alfresco dining. Both bathrooms are fully equipped, the en-suite with jacuzzi bath and one with shower whilst the kitchen has all modern conveniences including dishwasher, oven and hob. The washing machine is located in the en-suite bathroom. |
